Green Apples 1 pc, 3 cups water

Ways of making :
Green Apples are still mengkal / half-cooked chopped into pieces. This fruit is boiled in water as much as 3 cups. Let the water boil until only half then filtered

Usage Rules:
Fruit cooking water is filtered and drink 2 times a day 1 cup at a time. 1 cup morning and afternoon Day 1 cup.
